By clicking on the checkbox to agree to these registration instructions, you acknowledge that you have read these instructions carefully and fully understand, agree and accept them in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any of the contents of these Terms of Use, you shall cease to register for the ChinaJoy x Game Connection GAME Festival (the “Event”).
  1.Intellectual Property Rights
    a.You own all intellectual property rights in the Game, the Game name, in-game elements, trademarks, logos and other content provided by the Affiliate, Publisher and/or relevant licensors for the purpose of registering for the Event or have been legally and fully licensed by the right holder.
    b.In the course of executing the Campaign, GameConnection may use or commission third parties to use the game titles, game names, in-game elements, trademarks, etc. provided by you to create works related to the game, including but not limited to campaign plans, marketing materials and other work product resulting from the marketing campaign, and you agree that GameConnection may make such works without You agree that GameConnection may produce such work without obtaining your authorization and/or payment.

  2.Compliance requirements
    a.You ensure that your work complies with the laws of the country, channel and platform in which it is distributed and that you have obtained the necessary government approvals to operate in accordance with the law, including but not limited to copyright registration and trademark registration of the game software.
    b.You ensure that your work and your entry do not violate any laws or regulations of the country in which it is published or in the course of your participation in this activity.
    c.You ensure that you do not make any statements or conduct that would damage Game Connection’s reputation, credibility or rights, or otherwise adversely affect Game Connection, and that you do not make any statements or conduct that would damage the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

3.Personal Information and Data Security
  You ensure that the collection and use of personal information and data (if any) in connection with your entry complies with laws and regulations and its corresponding privacy policy.

If you do not comply with these Terms of Use before registering for an event or if you violate these Terms of Use while participating in an event, Game Connection reserves the right, at its sole discretion and depending on the nature and extent of your actions, to take measures including, but not limited to, issuing you with a warning, cancelling some or all of your entries, publishing the results of the process to the public, reporting the results to the relevant authorities, and holding you legally responsible. In addition, if you cause damage to Game Connection or a third party, you are obliged to compensate GameConnection and the third party for the damage suffered as a result.
