Borys joined the industry as a QA in 2014, testing Freemium and F2P mobile games. After a few years and hiring more people they started looking for new clients overseas as took on a Business Development role in 2017. Exiting as the CEO of a 50 people company in 2020 Borys joined Remote Control Productions GmbH business team, moving to Munich, Germany in 2021. In the current role Borys help indie a dozen game studios, as a Business Development Manager at rcp.family matching the teams with the right partners and projects worldwide.
