Flavien is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the association on a global scale. This involves working with the 500+ company members of the association such as Ubisoft, Square Enix and The Sandbox to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as developing and implementing strategies to achieve these goals.
