Dear participants of Game Connection America 2020,

When we announced that Game Connection America 2020 would be postponed back on March 9th, we were hoping to quickly gain clarity.

As you all know the situation has since then only escalated in Europe and the United States. France entered a state of health emergency and many businesses are struggling.

Fixing dates for events this summer at this point in time seems irresponsible at best, so we are left with no other choice than to completely cancel Game Connection America 2020.

This is not an easy decision. Our small company invested significant resources in the preparations and our entire team has worked for months on the event.

Many of our participants tried to make the best of the situation by obtaining new business contacts and schedule online meetings on Let’s Meet the month prior to the event and even during the week that the event was supposed to take place.

We want to continue to try and turn the situation into opportunity the same way. As such we propose our participants to use their Game Connection America 2020 payment for one of our future events.

• 70% of a payment can be transferred to “Business Passes or Exhibitor Options”
• 30% of a payment can be transferred to “Visibility Options”
