Game Connection Exhibitor Registration is open to any studio developing video games, or any company seeking publishing and/or distribution partners, regardless of which platform (PC games, Console Games, Handheld Devices…).
Registration for Game Connection Services is open to any studio or company providing services for video game development, regardless of which platform/s (PC, console, handheld, etc.), which service/s (artwork, sound/music, motion capture, marketing, etc.) or their territory (Europe, America, Asia).
When registering, all applicants must send a description of the games, projects and/or services they will present at Game Connection.

Game Connection Visitor Registration is open to any publishing company or any company involved in the financing or distribution of video games and projects.
Registration for Game Connection Services is open to any publishing company or development studio in need of outsourced services for the development of video games.

Meetings
Before the event, each company will be able to plan its meetings through its Game Connection Online account – automatically generated when subscribing – and will be provided with its personal schedule upon arrival at the Convention Center.
The Online Account and the Meeting System are at the heart of the Game Connection and its success, so it is important to learn how to use it! A tutorial is available at all times in the private area of each company. The online meeting system will open at least one month before the event. Attendees will be informed of it and will be sent their access codes.
Meetings will last 30 minutes and will take place between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm (end of last meetings) in Exhibitors Personal Booths.
Buyers will go from booth to booth and the Game Connection could be compared to a "Speed Dating Event".
Booths are 9m² and furnished with 1 table and 4 chairs, as well as an electrical outlet (220 volts), lighting and wireless internet throughout the building. Exhibitors are free to decorate their booth as they wish.
The atmosphere is quiet. You will not be disturbed or troubled by crowds or noise around you. This is a major part of the appeal of the Game Connection.
Lunches
A breakfast buffet (croissant & coffee) will be available for attendees in the morning and a gourmet lunch will be served in a special restaurant room inside the Convention Center.
Important:
In the case of attendees' specific dietary needs (i.e. Vegetarians, food allergies, etc.), please contact us to let us know ahead of time so that we may prepare accordingly for you.
The Game Connection Dinner de Gala and Game Connection Party, which are other opportunities for attendees to talk and create new relationships, will take place on evenings during the event. Don't miss out on this more relaxed, social occasion!

Game Game offers discounted hotel rates to all attendees and exhibitors. Rooms are limited, and discounted rates are based on availability.
Important: We highly recommend that you book your hotel as soon as possible. especially because of the annual Lyon Festival of Lights which attracts thousands of visitors every year.

Internet Access
The Game Connection will provide you with WiFi Internet access, but fixed high speed Internet Connection is also available through the Palais des Congrès. A wire connection will be available in each stand.
Furniture Rental
You will have the possibility to rent extra furniture if you would like to make your booth more comfortable.
